As Fall slowing makes its way in and we slough off summer, it feels like the perfect time to pamper oneself in various ways..to show gratitude, appreciation and honor of life and yourself.Our lives are so busy and full and connected to each other with the 24 hour access that we have to EVERYTHING now. And as much as I love this in a lot of ways, sometimes, disconnecting, being alone, taking long baths, sipping hot chocolate with humongous jet puffed marshmallows (which I did today), etc seem almost as necessary as breathing...
